We also conducted a needs assessment of our membership (via both a survey and interviews), which was key to offering the webinars.\u00a0 This Transport Canada funding has now finished, yet we wish to continue providing these benefits to members.<\/li>\n<li>COVID has hindered our potential to earn operating revenue from our annual conferences.\u00a0 The 2020 CARSP Conference was cancelled, and the 2021 and 2022 conferences yielded lower profits than in the past.<\/li>\n<li>Other associations similar to CARSP charge more for membership than CARSP does.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><div class=\"su-spacer\"
