Keeping the momentum going from\u00a0\u00a0Parachute\u00a0's\u00a02020 campaign,\u00a0the primary focus will again be on the critical issue of\u00a0speeding<\/strong>\u00a0among teens, with additional messaging around drug-impaired, drunk, distracted and aggressive driving, and rail safety.\u00a0Similar to NTDSW 2020, due to physical distancing restrictions and limits on in-person gatherings,\u00a0\u00a0Parachute\u00a0will once again hold a\u00a0<\/strong>virtual campaign.\u00a0\u00a0Parachute\u00a0encourage teens, parents and community partners to join the conversation on social media, using the hashtags\u00a0#SpeedIsNoGame<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0#NTDSW2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Parachute\u00a0is thrilled that Canadian Formula 1 driver,\u00a0Nicholas Latifi,<\/a>\u00a0is joining their campaign again as volunteer ambassador for our\u00a0#SpeedIsNoGame\u00a0messaging.\u00a0\u00a0Parachute\u00a0is\u00a0developing a social campaign along with roadside billboards featuring Nicholas. As well, world-champion snowboarder and Olympic silver medalist Laurie Blouin will be producing and sharing videos for\u00a0\u00a0Parachute\u00a0's\u00a0\u00a0#SpeedIsNoGame campaign with her social media followers, and supporting\u00a0\u00a0Parachute\u00a0's\u00a0work as a bilingual spokesperson for road and rail safety.<\/p>\n

Parachute is also\u00a0developing online resources, to be available on our website, providing facts and figures about the key issues and a social media guide to help promote and amplify NTDSW.
