Angle collisions caused by red-light running typically result in more severe injuries to roadway users (compared to other collision types) and represents 10% of collisions at traffic signals in the Region of Waterloo. Aims\/Objectives: This study attempts to identify roadway design elements and operational practices that may contribute to red-light running behaviour at traffic signals.
