Position Highlights<\/strong><\/h3>\n

ICBC is deepening its understanding of the histories, perspectives, and needs of Indigenous Peoples\u2014whether as customers, employees, business partners, or members of First Nations, M\u00e9tis, or Inuit communities. We are committed to making meaningful changes to better support Indigenous Peoples within our organization.<\/p>\n

To support this commitment, ICBC\u2019s Road Safety team is expanding. We are currently seeking an Indigenous Road Safety Engineer<\/strong> to help lead this important work. Ideally, this individual will be an experienced engineer of Indigenous heritage, bringing both lived experience and expertise in designing and implementing road safety programs that support Indigenous communities.<\/p>\n

This role involves collaboration with governments, road authorities, industry, and other safety partners to proactively address road risks. Candidates will lead road safety initiatives, identify problems, develop solutions, and support implementation of road safety improvements across B.C.<\/p>\n
