Kim Henry

Executive Director

Kim is the Executive Director of the Canadian Association of Road Safety Professionals (CARSP). She brings more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a strong background in leadership, fundraising, and building meaningful partnerships that support organizational growth and impact.
Kim is responsible for the day-to-day operations of CARSP and serves as a resource to the Board of Directors and its committees. She plays an active role in the organization’s strategic and operational planning, while also supporting member engagement and strengthening CARSP’s presence across Canada. Kim also provides leadership for CARSP’s flagship event, the annual CARSP Conference, helping to bring together professionals from across the country who are committed to improving road safety.
Kim has a long-standing commitment to road safety through nearly 20 years of volunteer leadership with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD Canada). She has held leadership roles at both the local and national levels, including serving as a Regional Director on the national board and in various positions within MADD Canada’s Waterloo chapter. Her work has focused on advocacy, public awareness, and supporting victims and families impacted by impaired driving.
Kim holds a Master of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership degree and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She is passionate about collaboration and bringing people together around a shared goal of keeping roads safe and communities strong.

Homa Motavallian Naeini

Executive Administrator 

Winnipeg, MB

Homa has been serving as Executive Administrator at CARSP since February 2024. She ensures the smooth operation of various activities, including the organization of conference and live webinars.

In the pursuit of advanced education, Homa is currently enrolled as a PhD student at the University of Manitoba, specializing in transportation engineering. Previously, a Master’s degree in transportation engineering was completed by Homa at the Sharif University of Technology, Iran.
