Since 2018, the Ontario Road Safety Forum has brought together a wide range of road safety professionals and organizations to exchange knowledge and strengthen collaboration across the sector. Previous forums have included participation from organizations such as CARSP, the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO), Transport Canada, Ontario cities and regional municipalities, the Hospital for Sick Children, the Ontario Traffic Council (OTC), TIRF, MADD, CAA, CAMH, Parachute, consulting firms, law enforcement professionals, graduate students, and academics.

The forum aims to create a valuable networking and knowledge-sharing event focused on evidence-based road safety practices.

We are pleased to announce that the 9th Ontario Road Safety Forum will take place on:

Date: Tuesday, April 28, 2026
Location: University of Toronto – Galbraith Building, Room GB 202

An agenda is currently being developed and will be circulated in mid to late March.

Enrollment

To encourage participation from a broad range of road safety stakeholders, organizations are kindly asked to limit their initial registration to two representatives. Priority will be given to participants who plan to attend and actively engage throughout the entire event.

Please note that space is limited to 80 participants, and previous forums have reached capacity quickly. Registration will close on April 15, 2026, or earlier if capacity is reached.

Registration Fee

A $50 registration fee applies to cover refreshments and meals, including:

  • Morning coffee and pastries

  • Mid-morning coffee

  • Lunch

  • Mid-afternoon refreshments

Payment should be made by Interac e-transfer to hfn@hfn.ca.
In the message box, please include:
“Fee from attendee’s name and email address for Ontario Road Safety Forum.”

The account has auto-deposit enabled, so no security question is required. Please keep your transfer confirmation as your receipt.
