CARSP Bylaws – Proposed Changes
The CARSP Board of Directors would like the CARSP membership to vote on the proposed changes to the 2013 CARSP Bylaws at this year's Annual General Meeting. The following two documents are posted for your reference. The first one uses "track changes" to show the proposed changes to the CARSP Bylaws. The second document has these same changes accepted. You will be given an opportunity to provide feedback and to vote at this year's AGM which is on Monday June 19th, 2017, 12:30pm at the Chelsea Hotel, 33 Gerrard Street in Toronto.
