TAC 2025 Government Survey on Vision Zero & the Safe System Approach

Overview
The Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) is conducting the TAC 2025 Government Survey of Current Practices in Vision Zero & the Safe System Approach. Led by the Vision Zero & Safe System Outreach Subcommittee of TAC’s Road Safety Committee, this national survey will assess progress and share practices among governments responsible for road safety across Canada.

Who should complete the survey?
Municipal, provincial/territorial, regional, and federal government organizations that plan, fund, implement, or evaluate Road Safety / Vision Zero / Safe System programs. Please coordinate one response per organization (collaborate internally as needed).

Why it matters
Your input will help TAC and partners benchmark adoption, identify promising practices, and highlight resource or capacity needs to advance Vision Zero and the Safe System Approach nationwide.

Time & confidentiality
The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Responses can be revised after submission. All responses will remain confidential and will be reported in aggregate only.

Deadline
Please complete the survey by November 30, 2025.
